How to Order from Kaplan Publishing

Kaplan Publishing offer a variety of ordering options for our customers. Please find below details of how you can place your order for Kaplan’s market-leading study materials and the anticipated delivery times.

Individual Students

If you are not already studying at a Kaplan centre or a college, you can order all of our products and packages in a number of ways, depending on your preferred method of ordering and payment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As all orders need to be signed for upon delivery, please ensure that you provide us with a suitable delivery address where someone will be available during working hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday) to sign for your package at the same time as placing your order.

If you would like to order by post, fax or email, please place your order in writing by  completing an order form which can be obtained by contacting our customer services team as above.

Please allow the following number of days for delivery:

UK addresses: 3-5 working days
Europe: 5-7 days
Rest of the World: 7-10 working days

Please be advised that we require prior payment for all orders and accept payment by credit card, cheque, bank draft or bank transfer.

Please make cheques and drafts payable to Kaplan Publishing Limited. Our bank details are available on request if you would like to transfer the money for your order.

Colleges & Universities
