Job Title: Content Manager - Taxation Stream

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of three content specialists and some key external freelancers to ensure the timely delivery of high quality material across all taxation papers within AAT, CAT and ACCA
• Teaching ACCA, ATT and CTA papers mainly in Birmingham and Nottingham
• Content responsibility for ACCA Paper F6
• New product development

• 2005 - 2008: Freelance author and editor of taxation materials for ACCA, AAT and CAT, and freelance lecturer on ICAEW, ATT and CTA courses, also member of the exam marking team for ICAEW and ACCA - key clients: Financial Training Ltd / Kaplan Financial Ltd and Kaplan Publishing Ltd, the ICAEW, Tolley’s, KPMG Business school, the ACCA, IFP Ltd, BPP Ltd
• 2000 - 2005: Author and editor of taxation materials for ICAEW and AAT Top up -with AFP Ltd, and lectured for Financial Training Ltd on ATT and CTA courses
• 1986 - 2000: Employed by Financial Training Ltd for 14 years
• Involved in lecturing and writing tax material for CTA, ATT, ICAEW, ACCA and CIMA. Presented bespoke lectures and presentations to clients and the local ICAEW District Society.
• Head of centre 1991—1994.
• Chairman of ICAEW District Society Student Liaison, Education and Training Committee 1989—2000
