Job Title: Content Manager, Management Stream

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of eight content specialists to ensure timely delivery of high quality material across all management papers
• Teaching  ICAEW, ACCA and CIMA papers in the Reading Centre
• Content creation for TOPCIMA Knowledge, CIMA E3, ACCA F1, CAT 5, AAT units 4, 6 and 34 and CIPFA papers.
• New product development

• 2008 - present: Current role as Content Manager
• 2004 - 08: Technical author in Kaplan Publishing performing a wide range of roles including editing, technical checking and authoring for management subjects.
• 1991 - 2004: Senior tutor based in Financial Training’s Liverpool office.Taught courses towards ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA and AAT exams in a wide range of subjects. Prepared and delivered a range of bespoke corporate and CPD courses for blue-chip clients including Marks and Spencer, Dabs.com and United Utilities.
• 1986 - 89: Auditor at KPMG London. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 89

Profile:

• Been happily married to Helen for 13 years and have two wonderful children, Charlie aged 9 and Lara aged 11.
• 
  Enjoy fishing, playing tennis, skiing and playing guitar, ‘though not all at the same time.
• Also on the leadership team of a local church where I head up the teaching team.
