The ACCA Skills Module consists of 6 papers

F4 – Corporate & Business Law
F5 – Performance Management
F6 – Taxation
F7 – Financial Reporting
F8 – Audit & Assurance
F9 – Financial Management

Each paper is examined by a 3-hour paper-based exam with 15 minutes reading time. The examination is held twice a year, consisting of a mix of written and computational questions, for which the pass mark is 50%. There are no restrictions on the order in which the papers can be attempted but we recommend that papers be attempted in numerical order.
